Your first session will involve an initial assessment (45-60 minutes) in which we'll go over all relevant health information, physical examination, and treatment.

Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy will focus on the treatment of your soft tissue to target muscle knots and decrease tension. A variety of therapeutic massage techniques may be used such as sports massage, deep tissue therapy or stretching to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and promote recovery.
Clinical Acupuncture
Clinical acupuncture is available as an adjunct to chiropractic and massage therapy services. It involves the use of acupuncture needles to stimulate specific soft tissue structures to induce healing, promote relaxation, and decrease pain. It can aid in targeting deeper tissues that cannot be reached by hand.
